However, your satisfaction remains our priority. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or with any issue caused during transit, we’ve got you covered. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a brief description of the concern. Once verified, we’ll promptly recreate your set and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
